The hotel provided a delicious and satisfying breakfast with a variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan choices. The location of the hotel was great, situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance of the city center and major attractions. Additionally, the spaciousness of the 4 beds room and the ongoing renovations added to the overall positive experience.

Also, location was excellent, within walking distance of a free-standing campanile. My room was brand-new with 5-6 tables. Everything was really good and the staff were really helpful.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. They were very helpful in assisting us with our Accademia reservations. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice garden view. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the free tea and coffee throughout the day was a nice touch. The location was great, only a 15-minute walk to the city center.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room that had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The staff treated us like royalty, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

The hotel facilities in the room are good. It is good family apartment to live in.

The breakfast menu is very poor. The breakfast was not continental grade. There was no sliced bread, no beans, very little variety of fruits and vegetables to eat. Even simple things like Beans with tomato sauce,baked potatoes, hash brown patato patties were not there. Please imporve the breakfast menu. Must include all items mentioned above.

The location was magnificent, within walking distance of a medieval cathedral. Excellent service, even though a few employees were kind of rude. The room was a nice size with high ceiling as well as large comfy beds, at least for me.
